Mark joined Strandview in early 2017. Mark has over a decade of investment experience ranging from seed, venture, growth and pre-IPO. At Strandview he is focused on identifying, valuing and executing investment opportunities in the financial services and technology sector. Mark provides essential portfolio company support for our management teams and he leads recruitment and operations for Strandview. Prior to joining Strandview , Mark held senior and executive positions with several of the largest and most active US-based early stage investment groups including the Tech Coast Angels and Atlanta Technology Angels. Mark played an impactful role in developing local entrepreneurial ecosystems working alongside some of the top family offices and venture funds in the nation providing both capital and thought leadership. Previously, Mark was the Senior Analyst for Shepherd Ventures, an institutionally-backed SBIC fund located in San Diego, CA. Mark is currently serving as a strategic advisor for Emory University’s Center for Alternative Investments.

Mark earned his MBA from Emory University in 2016 with Beta Gamma Sigma distinction, Dean’s List recognition, and several peer and faculty awards in entrepreneurship and leadership.
